As Semibreve Collective : Music at the Peace Garden

After a successful outdoor concert there back in 2021, I'm delighted to be back at Minsteracres for this special Sunday afternoon event with Annie Ball and Bronwen Davies-Jones. Bring your own picnic and chair, sit back and let our blend of voice, accordion, flute and guitar ease you through a summer’s afternoon. Our set will include selected songs from our various solo projects, a sneak preview of some material from our Howay The Lasses project, some instrumentals and all accompanied by an insight into the stories and ideas that lie behind the music. Minsteracres, just off the A68 above Riding Mill, is a 110 acre estate that formerly belonged to the Silvertop family. It’s a very special place with historic buildings, lots of open space, and a stunning parkland designed by John Dobson who was a contemporary of the great Capability Brown.
